Do you find yourself repeating old behaviors, even when you know they're not beneficial? Do you feel stuck in a rut, chronically low on self-confidence, and drawn back into the past, rather than walking with excitement toward your future?

You're not crazy. You are just holding trauma in your mind, body, and energy field.

We all have an energy field. There are electrical connections in our bodies (you're not going to shock anyone — well, maybe you are, but not because of your electricity!), and the channels can get blocked. This can be from actual scar tissue, from an accident or surgery, and from samskaras — impressions made on our energy fields a long time ago.

Those can be cleared with shamanic tools and "a session on the table." Sometimes only one session can completely heal a past samskara. Sometimes, it takes more than one. Either way, a session with me is a chance to unburden yourself of the patterns of behavior which no longer serve you.

A session consists of some talk to identify the issue, and some energetic healing work on the table (I’m just the conduit, you do the healing). Hopefully, you'll be amazed by how much lighter and happier you will feel after just one session. I know, because that's how I felt and why I decided to pursue this energy work, and try to bring it to as many people as I can.

SPACE CLEARING: SPACE AND ITS ENERGY

Have you ever walked into a shop or someone's home, an institution or an inn and just gotten a weird feeling? Not from the people there, but from the place itself? Like something was off?

Maybe you've even had constant "allergies" at your home or workspace and thought it was cat hair or mold, or had vivid nightmares at a hotel or friend's house and blamed it on the extra-spicy pepperoni pizza you ate right before bed. (In that case, the pizza definitely played a part. Seriously. You should have known better.)

However, you aren't crazy and it's not your imagination. You were picking up on the energy of the building. As Stephen King would say, everyone has a little "shine" to them ("Redrum!"), but some of us have more than just a little and have worked to send our own stronger, healthier energies out into the world.

I have always been sensitive to spaces, and it's my greatest joy to clear the negative, stagnant energy in a space, and replace it with bright, healthy, light energy, a solid grounding to Mother Earth, and blessings from the Great Spirit.

If you didn't build your home, but moved into it, it holds the energy of everyone who lived there before you — their sorrows, angers, and disappointments. If the home comes to you as the result of a divorce or death in the family, that grief and pain sticks around. It stays in the corners and crevices like little cobwebs of sadness. If you are moving into a new office space, that also holds the anxieties, arguments, and resentments of the people who worked there in the past.

Even if you DO build your home from scratch, consider what the land in this country has been through — the indigenous people who have been marginalized, the enslaved, the wars fought, and the lands stolen. It's a good idea to hold an energy-clearing ceremony and to create sacred space.

WHAT I DO

So you're convinced. Or even if you're not, couldn't hurt, might help, and it will certainly be a good story to tell your friends.

I come to a space after clearing myself of any negative energy and raising my vibrational frequency. First I will examine the space and find the places that are in need of the biggest shifts. I will cleanse the whole space, all the rooms, even the closets (it helps if the space is on the empty side, but it's not necessary). I'll bring my tools — sage, dragon's blood, or sweetgrass to cleanse, gongs and bowls and other instruments to shift the energy through sound vibration, crystals to absorb stagnant vibes, and more. I really know how to put on a show!

When the space has been sufficiently cleared, I call the spirits of the six directions and ask for their blessings to create sacred ceremonial space.

It's a meaningful ceremony, and if the clients would like to participate, they can.

It's equally potent if I work by myself in an empty space.

In a small office, it could take as little as 20-30 minutes. In a large house with a long history, it could take up to three or four hours.

You will feel an immediate difference in the air. Everything feels lighter and brighter and cleaner. The good energy is still there, but the negative or stagnant cloud is gone.
